WHO ARE WE?
Founded in 2001, Moving Talent is a Nordic recruitment, staffing and HR agency headquartered in Denmark with two regional offices in Sweden and Finland.
We strive to offer the best staff to support our clients in executing their events. We provide
hosts/hostesses to business events such as international conferences, corporate meetings, as well
as promotional and entertainment events, such as roadshows and concerts. We cover a wide range
of functions and positions to ensure a smooth operation of the events.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
At Moving Talent, you will take part in our event projects, be exposed to different work settings and be part of an international team.
In a business event setting, you will handle general inquiries, check-in delegates, manage
presentation rooms, oversee crowd management, hand-out advertisement materials.
In promotional and entertainment events, you will promote a brand or a project to event
participants or customers, sell products or services, serve food and drinks, operate a cloakroom.
As an experienced event staff, you will have the opportunity to develop your project management
and coordination skills as we sometimes also need supervisors, on-site project managers.
Each assignment is a temporary position as our needs varies according to projects. You sign up for
different projects based on your interests and schedules.
